Echo Fox is pleased to announce that the team has acquired jungler Dardoch from Team Liquid.

Dardoch is known for his highly aggressive, carry style that punishes careless opponents and helps snowball his teammates’ lanes. He made his LCS debut with Team Liquid in the 2016 Spring Split and earned rookie of the split accolades. He was also named to the LCS All-Pro third team.

That performance has given Echo Fox CEO Jace Hall high hopes for the newest Fox.

“We welcome Josh “Dardoch” Hartnett to the family. We have just seen a glimpse of his talent this year as he earned Rookie of the Split in the spring and I am proud to see him continue to grow under the Echo Fox banner while we propel our League of Legends team forward in 2017.”

In the Spring Split, Dardoch had the 8th best KDA in the league (5.7) and the 9th best kill participation (78%)

He followed that up in the summer with a 75% kill participation, continuing to show his ability to be a big presence on the Rift. Dardoch is a dangerous carry threat in any game he plays. One only needs to look to his 6/0/8 performance on Rek’Sai against Counter Logic Gaming in the Summer Split Playoffs to understand how big a threat he can be.

Team owner Rick Fox thinks Dardoch will be an important asset for the team next season.

“Dardoch brings a competitive spirit that we feel will fit right in with our team. He has a desire compete both personally and as a team at the highest level and will settle for nothing less. I feel this will help the competitiveness of our team and I welcome him to Echo Fox.”

Dardoch will be looking to help his new teammates improve upon their Summer Split performance with his unique style of play.
