League of Legends Update 12.4 Champion Nerfs
RiotPhlox recently posted an image of update 12.4 revealing all the information for buffs and nerfs, and with that, we can now show who will be getting downgraded in 12.4.
Let’s take a look at the current changes set for League of Legends:
Zeri
(Q) Burst Fire
- Uncharged right click damage will be decreased from 15-40 (+4% AP) → 10 – 25 (+3% AP).
- Uncharged right-click low health mult: 4x → 6x.
- Right-click slow duration will be decreased from 1.5s → 1s.
- Right-click slow amount will be decreased from 20 – 40% → 14 – 50%.
- Q base damage has been lowered from 10 – 30 → 9 – 25.
- Q base damage can now crit.
- Q excess Attack Speed to Attack Damage conversion 50% → 60% (70% efficiency → 84%).
(W) Ultrashock Laser
- Cooldown has been increased from 10 → 13-9.
(E) Spark Surge:
- Cooldown will be increased from 23 – 17 → 23 – 19.
- CD reduction per Champion hit with an attack or ability 1.5s → 1s.
(R) Lightning Crash
- Attack Speed has been changed from 30 – 40% → to 30%.
Mundo
- His AD per Level will be decreased from 4.2 → 3.5.
- R Cooldown 110/100/90 → 110 at all ranks.
Qiyana
- Passive Bonus AD Ratio decreased from 55% → 40%.
Veigar
- Armour decrease from 23 → 21.
- Armour per Level will be increased from 3.75 → 4.
- E Cooldown will be increased from 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 → 20/18/16/14/12.
Blitzcrank
- HP Regeneration lowered from 8.5 → 7.5
- Nunu & Willump will have their Q Healing from Champions lowered from 80% → 60%

System Adjustments
Support Item Solo
- Minion Farming Penalty 4 Minions per minute → 2 per minute until 5m, 4 per minute rest of game.
- Farming Penalty is more severe early.
- CS Bounties now adjust based on the number of income items on each team.
- Objective Bounty gold leads are halved when you have two or more support items on a team.
- Objective Bounty Linger 15s → 5s.
